Shabbat Service – Shabbat Shuva

Food Bank Volunteering – SF-Marin Food Bank

September 24 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am

Please join volunteers from B'nai Emunah and the rest of the Southside Jewish Collaborative in volunteering to sort and pack the food donations that come in. From bins of oranges straight from the grove to 2,000-pound totes of rice, volunteers ensure that there are always hands at the ready to pack the food for distribution. Children aged 4 and older are welcome.

Holy Rollers and Torah Trope Hevruta

September 26 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

A committed, small group of congregants meet monthly on Tuesday nights to care for our Torah Scrolls. Trained by a professional sofer (a Torah scribe), the group systematically cleans the scrolls, about eight columns per event. As the volunteers wait for the Torah panels to air out (for about an hour), the Torah Trope Hevruta gets going. Learners meet to be introduced to and to master Torah trope. Come join the fun on Tuesday evenings. No experience necessary!

First Day of Hebrew School

Hebrew School Our small class room setting is perfect for learning Hebrew.
