B’nai Emunah in the News
We have a unique history, as a congregation formed by “Shanghailanders” who escaped the Holocaust by way of Shanghai. Read a just-published article about this chapter of our history in the J, the Jewish News of Northern California.
Congregation B’nai Emunah is a warm, welcoming, lively, multi-generational Conservative synagogue community.
We are located in the Outer Sunset District of San Francisco and are affiliated with United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism.
We pursue Jewish knowledge, identity and observance in an open, inclusive and welcoming environment where people from all walks of life gather as one loving and supportive community. We especially welcome interfaith couples and families, LGBT people and those who are interested in exploring Judaism.
We welcome everyone regardless of background, lifestyle, or level of observance. Everybody is Jewish Enough for our B’nai Emunah family. Please check us out in person and on the web!
Friday night: 7:30 pm

Together we can thrive.Donate
